WHEN IS NORFOLK FLEA MARKET HELD?
Norfolk Flea Market is held one Sunday of each month unless weather delays to another Sunday. We also hold an After Dark event once a month at a location TBD
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS
Our Sunday events are 11:00am – 5:00pm
Our After Dark events are 5:00pm – 10:00pm
CAN I BRING MY PETS?
Dogs are allowed at our outside portion of the event but must be on a lease and please pick up after.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD AND DRINKS
Yes! Our events feature plenty of food and drink options.

WHAT IS YOUR VENDOR FEES?
Our vendor fees depend on the event, size and location of the booth. It is typically between $40 – $65
DO YOU RENT TABLES AND CHAIRS
No we do not but, we can always point you in the right direction.

DO I NEED A BUSINESS LICENSE TO BE A VENDOR?
You need either a Norfolk Business License or a Special Events Permit in order to be a vendor.

CAN A VENDOR SELL LOOK-ALIKE ITEMS?
Yes, as long as the item is not considered counterfeit or in violation of any copyright laws it can be sold. Vendors are responsible for providing information to the Flea Market office to verify authenticity of items upon request.
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
No but we strongly recommend it as we are not responsible for your booth or items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.
CAN A VENDOR PAY FOR A SPACE AT ONE EVENT LOCATION AND CHANGE TO ANOTHER EVENT LOCATION?
No. Vendors cannot switch between events. If you paid for Norfolk Flea Market and cannot make your event date and gave given noticed 5 business days prior to the event you will be given the option of transferring your vendor fee to a future date of the same market only.
CAN I CHANGE MY EVENT DATE IF UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE?
Yes vendors can change their event date within the same event location if vendor has provided notice 5 business days prior to the date of the event. Business days are Monday thru Friday.
IF I CHANGE MY EVENT DATE AM I GIVEN THE SAME EVENT SPACE I PAID FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH?
No. Vendors cannot switch between events. If you paid for Norfolk Flea Market and cannot make your event date and gave given noticed 4 business days prior to the event you will be given the option of transferring your vendor fee to a future date of the same market only.
IF AN EVENT HAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR PARKING FEE AND VENDOR IS GETTING DROPPED OFF DOES VENDOR STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PARKING FEE?
Yes vendor is still required to pay the fee we cannot keep track of who does and does not get dropped off and the fee is taken into account for payment to shuttle driver parking lot rentals passenger rentals etc.
WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?
- Merchandise that is racist, culturally-insensitive, or explicitly sexual in nature
- Merchandise that is stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal
- Expired medication
- Any other offensive items that disturb the peace or are potentially disruptive from being displayed, sold, traded, or given away
CANCELLATIONS
- We cannot use credits from previous season if you could not make an event you have to use your credit in the same season.
- Cancellation of an event requires a 5 day notice prior to the event sent to our vendor coordinator in writing to [email protected]
- A credit for an event has to be used for the same event if you can’t make it to Norfolk Flea you cannot credit it for an event for Norfolk flea afterdark or Hampton etc. Only can be used for same event.
- Same space is not guaranteed when using a credit you will receive same size space you paid for but specific space number is not guaranteed
